Greatest Clemson football players of Danny Ford era: 8. Jeff Bryant

Jeff Bryant is one of the forgotten faces of the 1981 Clemson football team that won the National Championship.

Bryant was a mainstay on the defensive line and then went on to have an extremely successful NFL career. He was drafted with the No. 6 overall pick in the 1982 NFL Draft and played 11 seasons- all with the Seattle Seahawks- and totaled 63 sacks, 11 fumble recoveries and one interception during that time.

During his time at Clemson, Bryant was named a second-team All-American and led the National Championship team in sacks and tackles for loss.
