Tremayne Anchrum: Houston Texans (Round 7, No. 248 overall)

Tremayne Anchrum is the last Clemson football player I have going in this year’s NFL Draft.

The Houston Texans are going to address other needs throughout the draft, but they have the most seventh-round picks of any other organization.

The Texans still need depth and help along the offensive line to protect Deshaun Watson and that’s where I believe Tremayne Anchrum comes into the mix.

Some believe Anchrum projects as an offensive guard at the next level, but he would be a nice developmental project either way for the Texans as they look to shore up that offensive line and give Watson some talent to play behind.

Others like Chad Smith, Diondre Overton and Gage Cervenka will undoubtedly get their opportunity at the next level and may very well even be drafted before it’s all said and done, but that remains to be seen.
