One of the most legendary Clemson football players of all time was DT Christian Wilkins. Here’s a look at five of his most unforgettable moments.

The Clemson football program is better because of the leadership, character and ability of Christian Wilkins.

Wilkins stepped onto campus in 2015 and became an instant hit. Throughout his career, he played along the interior and exterior of the defensive line, and also ran the ball as a tailback. He finished his Clemson football career with 192 total tackles, 16 sacks and three touchdowns- two rushing and one receiving.

Wilkins’ freakish athleticism and lovable personality scored him a special spot in the hearts of Clemson football fans and led to him being drafted in the first-round by the Miami Dolphins.

Here are five of the most unforgettable moments in Christian Wilkins’ Tiger career.

5. Reuniting the Power Rangers

Wilkins didn’t have to return for his senior season.

Following that 2017 season, Wilkins could’ve easily entered the NFL Draft and worked his way into the first-round. But that wasn’t good enough for him.

He already had his Bachelor’s degree, but loved Clemson so much that he put making NFL money on hold so that he could play one more season for Dabo Swinney, earn his Masters and spend more time with his fellow Tigers before moving on to the next level.

The moment when Wilkins announced he would return, Tiger fans instantly knew that a National Championship was in reach.
