4-star Clemson football WR commit Dacari Collins isn’t satisfied with just being committed, he wants to be a major recruiting force for the Tigers, as well.

The 2021 Clemson football recruiting class is shaping up to be one of the top classes in program history, following an already-historical class during the 2020 cycle.

Though the Clemson football coaching staff is facing a dead period in recruiting due to the COVID-19 outbreak, 4-star WR commit Dacari Collins is continuing to push for other prospects to commit to the Tigers.

It’s certainly be a strange dynamic to watch over the course of the last couple of weeks, as things have come to a halt- including recruiting- but that doesn’t mean that decisions won’t still be made.

Collins spoke to The Clemson Insider following his most recent visit to Tiger Town- in early March during Junior Day- and said he is working hard to help recruit for Clemson football moving forward.

"“I’m trying to get Troy Stellato to commit,” Collins said via The Clemson Insider. “And my boy Jordan Hancock, he’s trying to get Barrett Carter to commit. So, really them two.”"

Collins and Hancock, together, are teaming up to try and make this 2021 class one that Clemson football fans will remember.

Hancock is a teammate of Barrett Carter- a highly-sought after 4-star LB- and certainly could help in his recruitment process. Carter is currently considered a lean to the University of Georgia, but that all could change before it’s all said and done.

Troy Stellato, a 4-star WR, announced that his two finalists were Clemson and Ohio State. Having a friend like Collins could help him in his decision between the two elite programs moving forward.

It will be interesting to see how some of these decisions play out and how much these Clemson commits are able to play a role in the process.
