Clemson Football: 5 NFL teams may already be tanking for Trevor Lawrence

3. Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders have already established as an organization that they love Clemson football players.

It would only be fitting that the franchise tanks for its shot at Trevor Lawrence.

The Raiders are looking for answers at the QB position and are rumored to be interested in several different free-agents including some of the names mentioned previously. Las Vegas also has two picks (No. 12, No. 19) inside the top-20 to address issues.

The organization will likely be a little too good to tank for Lawrence- especially with its young talent- but it’s still certainly possible that that Raiders could make a trade for another future first-round pick or hold off on getting a quality quarterback to bring Lawrence into the franchise.
