1. Establish Leadership

More so than anything else, it’s important to establish leadership during the winter.

Clemson needs some of those upperclassmen- guys like Lawrence, Rodgers, Ross, Travis Etienne, Carman and others- to step up on the offensive side of the ball and be leaders.

The Tigers need James Skalski, Turner, Kendrick, Nyles Pinckney and those veteran defensive linemen to provide leadership on the defensive side.

It’s important that many of these guys who were ‘just players’ on the last couple of teams step up to become respected leaders this time around.

That all beings with them putting in the work in the winter and establishing that leadership and respect with their younger teammates.
