The 2020 Clemson football team won’t take kindly to falling in the National Championship. The Tigers will be on their ‘Revenge Tour.’
The 2020 Clemson football season is still more than seven months away from kickoff, but the Tigers are chomping at the bit to get back to work.
Several Clemson football players took to Twitter following the loss to express their disappointment before saying that they were preparing for a comeback next year.

The vibe coming from this team immediately after the loss certainly feels as if they’re going to be coming into the 2020 season with an added focus. We’re dubbing it ‘The Revenge Tour.’
The schedule for the 2020 Revenge Tour hasn’t been officially set yet, but it all will start with major preparation through winter workouts. Following the winter workouts, Clemson will participate in spring practice sessions before going through grueling summer workouts. Then we’ll be in fall camp.
Everyone knows the drill and it’s clear that this team is ready to get work.
Coming up short in the National Championship game was certainly disappointing. The Tigers had chances to get back in the game and even potentially take control early and couldn’t do it. Though that loss stings, the program is showing all the right signs just a few days after the loss.
After Clemson lost the National Championship in the 2015 season, the team showed these same signs. They came back with a vengeance and were ready when it was time for the CFB Playoff.
For some reason, I believe this 2020 team will be even more prepared and focused when games begin this coming September. They’re going to come out, dominate opponents and find a way to get back to the playoff.
It’s a long time to wait, but the 2020 Revenge Tour will certainly be worth your patience.
