5 reasons Clemson will be ‘fairytale crushers’ vs. LSU

1. Trevor Lawrence comes through

Ultimately, this game is going to come down to the quarterbacks.

Joe Burrow has had a magical season and is likely going to be one of the first couple picks in next year’s NFL Draft.

He has done an excellent job all season making plays and leading that Tiger offense. There’s no question that he’ll continue to put up some impressive numbers Monday night when he matches up with Clemson.

But there’s just something about Trevor Lawrence.

Lawrence hasn’t put up video-game like numbers, but is playing the position better than anybody down the stretch. Lawrence just doesn’t know how to lose.

He is gritty and does the little things to get the job done.

In the end, I believe Lawrence will come through just as he did against Ohio State and give Clemson its second National Title in as many years.
