What bowl games will College Football fans be most interested in watching? Here’s a look at some of the most intriguing spreads.

The College Football Playoff semifinals will kickoff on Saturday, Dec. 28, but there are also several bowl games that will be played- before and after the semifinals- that will be of interest to Clemson football fans.

Today, we’re going to venture off the normal path a bit and look at some of the most intriguing spreads for bowl games around the landscape of College Football, courtesy of the Action Network.

Fiesta Bowl: Clemson (-2) vs. Ohio State

Obviously, we’ll begin our look with Clemson’s matchup against Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl. The Tigers are currently 2-point favorites heading into the game.

It will be interesting to see how Clemson’s defense deals with QB Justin Fields and if the Tigers can handle Ohio State’s talented pass-rush.

Peach Bowl: LSU (-13.5) vs. Oklahoma

The other game in the College Football Playoff will be the matchup with LSU and Oklahoma. Both of these teams bring high-powered offenses into the game with suspect defenses.

The Tigers are favored by nearly two touchdowns, but the Sooners will be looking to reel off some magic Saturday afternoon.

Sugar Bowl: Georgia (-7) vs. Baylor

The Sugar Bowl, which is set be played at 8:45 p.m. on New Year’s Day, will be between Georgia and Baylor.

The Bulldogs are a touchdown-favorite, but it’ll be interesting to see how they handle a spread offense like Baylor. The Bears have had one of the better defenses in the Big 12 and they could take advantage of the Bulldogs’ lack of offensive identity.

Citrus Bowl: Michigan vs. Alabama (-7)

The Citrus Bowl is an intriguing game because it’s the first time since the inception of the College Football Playoff that we’ll see Alabama in a bowl that isn’t competing for a spot in the National Championship.

The Crimson Tide seem like they’re motivated in this one, but you can never be sure. Michigan hasn’t been able to do anything consistently on offense and they likely will continue to struggle against Alabama, as well.

Orange Bowl: Florida (-14.5) vs. Virginia

Virginia is a two-touchdown underdog against Florida in the Orange Bowl, but the Cavaliers could surprise some people.

Florida has a strong defense, but Bryce Perkins is a gifted athlete who can make some plays. This will be a fun one.

Rose Bowl: Oregon vs. Wisconsin (-2.5)

Oregon and Wisconsin will match up again in the Rose Bowl, this time with the Badgers as a 2.5-point favorite.

The Ducks have a spread offensive attack that should challenge that Badger defense.
