4. Offense coming out flat

Clemson’s offense was white-hot the last month of the season.

Trevor Lawrence and Tee Higgins had a special connection. Travis Etienne was putting up monster numbers.

However, there’s always that concern that having time off will dampen the fire.

The last thing Clemson wants is to see the offense come out flat or struggle early on. The Tigers need to put up some points and prove to Ohio State that they’re the real deal. If the Buckeyes get a couple of stops, momentum will swing greatly in their favor.

I expect Clemson to throw in a few different wrinkles to open up the running game and get the passing attack going early against Ohio State’s talented defense.
