1. Set for the future

More than anything else, this incredibly impressive recruiting class shows that Clemson isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

The Tigers have talent and depth in this class to continue to develop and improve as a program.

In just a couple of years, we could see a situation where the Tigers start five 4-star/5-star offensive linemen at the same with a 4-star backup. The future defensive line with Myles Murphy, Bryan Bresee, Demonte Capehart and maybe Tre Williams has a chance to be absolutely devastating for opposing offenses.

A future backfield with DJ Uiagalelei and Demarkcus Bowman could potentially match-up with the Trevor Lawrence-Travis Etienne combination we are seeing right now.

Next. 5-star QB DJ Uiagalelei is continuing 'QBU' for Clemson. dark

Clemson isn’t going anywhere. The Tigers are recruiting at a higher level than at any time in the past and this historical class is just another mark that shows Dabo Swinney’s program is built for the long-term.
