What games across the nation will Clemson football fans be watching? Here’s our TV Guide for Week 8 of the College Football season.

The Clemson football team will take on the Louisville Cardinals Saturday afternoon, but what other games are going on around the country?

Each week, Rubbing the Rock gives you a TV Guide specialized towards Clemson football fans dealing with the slate of games being played around the nation.

Here’s a look at our TV Guide for Week 8 of the College Football season.

Noon Slate:

  • #3 Clemson at Louisville, 12 p.m. (ABC)
  • West Virginia at #5 Oklahoma, 12 p.m. (FOX)
  • #9 Florida at South Carolina, 12 p.m. (ESPN)

The Clemson football team will play at noon, but Tiger fans will likely keep up with the South Carolina and Oklahoma games, especially if either are close coming down the stretch and Clemson is up big on Louisville.

Afternoon Slate:

  • #12 Oregon at #25 Washington, 3:30 p.m. (ABC)
  • Duke at Virginia, 3:30 p.m. (ACC Network)
  • #18 Baylor at Oklahoma State, 4 p.m. (FOX)
  • Kentucky at #10 Georgia, 6 p.m. (ESPN)
  • #17 Arizona State at #13 Utah, 6 p.m. (Pac-12 Network)

The afternoon slate has a couple of strange games beginning at 6 p.m. that normally would be starting at 7 p.m. Likely, Oregon-Washington will attract the majority of viewers as that is the only game that has much of an impact on the CFB Playoff picture, but the Arizona State-Utah game should also be intriguing.

Night Slate:

  • #16 Michigan at #7 Penn State, 7:30 p.m. (ABC)
  • Florida State at Wake Forest, 7:30 p.m. (ACC Network)
  • Tennessee at #1 Alabama, 9 p.m. (ESPN)
  • #14 Boise State at BYU, 10:15 p.m. (ESPN 2)

Next. Clemson is the only team with flaws in 2019. dark

Overall, this night slate isn’t what we want as College Football fans. There’s not a lot of intrigue and the game that’s supposed to be the top game- Michigan at Penn State- will likely be a boring slugfest of two teams that are overrated.
