1. Leaving a statement
You can say what you want, but there was extra fire in Dabo Swinney last week when the Tigers took on Florida State.
He was fired up from the beginning of the week in his press conference to when he ran down the hill to when the clock showed double-zero.
Though Swinney didn’t show that same amount of fire this week, one thing became clear: He’s tired of hearing the rhetoric that Clemson football is somehow missing something or has taken a step back.
The Tigers have heard the chatter from national pundits talking about how they don’t deserve to be in the top-four and how they could miss the CFB Playoff with an undefeated record. They’re tired of hearing about how they’ve struggled and I think we’ll see an extension of those frustrations this weekend.
