The Clemson football team will play host to the Florida State Seminoles. Here are five storylines to watch in the matchup Saturday afternoon.

The Clemson football team is coming off a much-needed bye week and now the Tigers will look to continue their undefeated streak to begin the season.

The last time we saw Clemson on a football field, the Tigers suffered a major scare from the North Carolina Tar Heels. UNC led for the majority of the afternoon in Chapel Hill before the Clemson football team finally took a lead in the fourth quarter.

The Tar Heels drove down the field on 16 plays and scored a touchdown, trailing by just one point. UNC elected to go for two and the Tar Heels were stuffed, preserving the victory for Clemson.

For the last two weeks, Clemson football fans have had to hear about how bad the Tigers played against North Carolina. Analysts have made claims about how the Tigers don’t look elite, how they could miss the CFB Playoff with a perfect record and how they aren’t as good as ‘Insert Team Name Here.’

In just a couple of days, we won’t have to hear the chatter anymore and we’ll get back to seeing Clemson football.

The Tigers will be back in Death Valley for a matchup with the Florida State Seminoles. Even though these are the Seminoles of old, it’s still an exciting game for Tiger fans.
