What will Clemson football fans be doing during the bye week 2019? Here’s a look at five things hardcore Tiger fans will be doing.

There’s typically only one bye week a year for Clemson football fans, but this year there are two.

That means that over the course of the 2019 Clemson football season, there are three Saturdays without any Tiger football. The first one occurred back in August when the Tigers played on a Thursday night against Georgia Tech to open up the season. That left Clemson football fans with a free Saturday over Labor Day Weekend.

The next two will occur over the course of the season. The first one is this Saturday where the Tigers have an ‘Open’ date before Florida State comes to town. The second one will be Saturday, Nov. 23- the week before Clemson takes on in-state rival South Carolina.

Bye weeks can be grueling to get through.

It’s just not the same when there’s tailgate to be had or grill to fire up. Tiger fans are used to driving in traffic, waking up early to tailgate and spending a nice Saturday in Death Valley with more than 80,000 people. When all of that is taken away, Saturday can just feel empty.

So, how does a hardcore Clemson fan spend a bye week? Here are five things you’ll see hardcore Tiger fans doing this week without any Clemson football to be enjoyed.
