1. Building Major Depth

This game should be all about depth building.

Expect to see substitutions early and often. Clemson will likely play more than 90 players over the course of Saturday evening and we’re going to see a lot of the young guys get playing time early in the game.

The Tiger coaching staff will use this match up as a learning experience for those young players who are going to make an impact later this season and beyond.

This will be a game where we see mass substitutions, a lot of rotation and an opportunity to see a bunch of different Tigers.

Though the Charlotte match up will be overlooked in the grand scheme of things during the 2019 Clemson football season, it is certainly an important game as the coaches look to build experience for the future.
