3. Trevor Lawrence: Some Good, Some Bad

Trevor Lawrence completed 22-of-39 passes for 395 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions Saturday night. That’s a completion percentage of 56.4 percent.

Lawrence made some really good plays in the run game, as well, rushing for 42 yards and a touchdown on four carries.

There were times where Lawrence made throws that only he can make. He had a couple of deep shots and impressive throws on the run.

He also made a couple of mistakes that culminated in two interceptions. Both interceptions were obviously plays that he’d like to have back, but it should be expected that Lawrence learns from those.

Overall, Trevor Lawrence had a good night in some aspects and a bad night in others. Expect the sophomore to continue to improve.
