1. How does Trevor Lawrence respond?

We all can agree that Trevor Lawrence didn’t play the best game of his career Thursday evening against Georgia Tech.

Lawrence completed just 13-of-23 passes for 168 yards and a touchdown to two interceptions. It seemed as if timing was off, but a lot of that may have had to do with first game jitters and potential pressure that he placed on himself. The Tigers also were very basic in play-calling, not wanting to show much game plan for Texas A&M and Syracuse in the following weeks.

That being said, we expect Lawrence to respond well and get back to what we’ve come to know against the Aggies.

He played against a solid secondary last week in Georgia Tech and this Texas A&M secondary may be one of the best the Tigers will face all season. Even with that, we expect Lawrence will rise to the occasion and play at a high level Saturday afternoon.

Clemson football fans will forget all about that Week 1 performance and Lawrence will return to the inside-track heading towards New York as a Heisman finalist.
