2. Kellen Mond’s performance

QB Kellen Mond looked like a Heisman contender last season against Clemson. If you go back and watch the film, a lot of the throws he made seemingly just looked like luck.

He was throwing into tight coverage and had balls just slipping through defensive back’s hands and somehow finding receivers.

Mond looked really good against Texas State this past week, so it will definitely be interesting to see how the Tigers’ secondary performs against him and that stable of wide receivers.

Clemson’s secondary wasn’t really tested last week, but the unit will have to play more disciplined this week against the Aggies.
