If you’re still considering whether or not to go to the 2019 Clemson football season-opener on Thursday, here’s what you’ll pay for a ticket.

The 2019 Clemson football season will open up Thursday night with a home match up against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The game, which will kick off at 8 p.m., will be the first live game on the newly-launched ACC Network. As part of the festivities, ESPN College GameDay will be on hand to broadcast live from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the campus of Clemson.

Parking lots open at 8 a.m. and it’s expected that the Clemson football faithful will arrive early for season-opening tailgating traditions. Though it’s not a Saturday, the stadium is still expected to be fairly full and we’d expect a major crowd as the Tigers celebrate the 2018 National Championship with new signage prior to kickoff.

For those fence-sitters out there that haven’t made their mind up yet if they want to purchase tickets or not, here’s a look at how much tickets will cost you should you choose to make your way to see the 2019 Clemson football team take on ACC foe Georgia Tech to open up the season.

Ticket Prices:

This game is not a sellout at this point and there are still tickets available through the Clemson football ticket office. Face value for tickets sold through ClemsonTigers.com are $90 apiece for the game. There are still tickets available in the top deck on the north side of the stadium in most of the sections.

If you’re looking for tickets in the lower deck or in different sections, you’ll have to consult Stubhub for verified resale tickets.

Currently, you can get tickets in the top deck for as low as $33 apiece. If you move closer to the 50-yard line, the ticket prices do rise, but they’re still not outrageously expensive. A ticket right now on the 50-yard line in the top deck is going for around $45.

If you move to the lower bowl, you can get tickets for as cheap as $55 in the west end zone and in the $60-80 price range for tickets along the edges of the lower deck. The closer you move to the 50-yard line, the more expensive tickets will become. A ticket in the lower deck on the 50-yard line is going for around $100-130 apiece.

Next. No, Clemson's success didn't come 'out of nowhere'. dark

In the end, this is one of the least expensive tickets of the year if you’re wanting to make it out to a Clemson football game and don’t have season tickets. If you’re looking to buy verified resale, this game is about as low as you’re going to find and it will certainly be worth the time to get out to Death Valley and experience the pageantry of a night game- keep in mind the Tigers aren’t guaranteed to have another home night game the rest of the season.
