2. Iron sharpens Iron

Of course, one thing that may help develop depth in the defensive front-seven is the fact that they’ll be going up against what potentially may be known as the nation’s top offense.

The Tigers have a whole host of talented skill position players, including Trevor Lawrence, Tee Higgins, Travis Etienne, Lyn-J Dixon, Justyn Ross, Diondre Overton and plenty of others. They also have one of the best and deepest offensive line units in the nation.

That group is going to push the defense to get better- both in the front-seven and the defensive backfield.
