Clemson Football: 5 storylines to watch in fall camp 2019

3. Defensive Front-Seven Depth

The front-seven for the 2018 Clemson football team was an obvious strength, but now the Tigers have a little bit of a depth issue at the position.

Though the starters are solid, this storyline is more about the backups.

How will those backups at defensive tackle perform? Guys like Xavier Kelly, Tyler Davis and Darnell Jefferies need to step up.

How will the Tigers fill in the two-deep at linebacker? Guys like Mike Jones Jr., Baylon Spector, Jake Venables and the incoming freshmen will be counted upon to be ready.
