Tight End: Dwayne Allen

Dwayne Allen is the only 4-star to make this list and that’s because tight ends just typically don’t get high ratings.

Allen was rated as the No. 6 overall tight end in his class with a 0.9381 overall rating. He went on to have a solid career with the Tigers and has since had some staying power in the NFL.

Though Allen hasn’t been able to become a solidified starter, he has still been a valuable player in the NFL.

At Clemson, Allen was a solid receiving option for Tajh Boyd later in his career and helped set a trend for tight ends playing in an up-tempo spread offensive system.
