Wide Receiver: Roscoe Crosby

As highly-rated as the wide receivers have been that the Tigers have brought in over the past decade, Roscoe Crosby (0.9978) out-ranks them all.

Crosby came into Clemson in 2001 as a prolific two-sport athlete and was set to make a major impact. Crosby was drafted in the MLB Draft that year, but chose to come on to campus anyway.

Unfortunately, he suffered a couple of injuries and there were some personal tragedies along the way, as well. In the end, Crosby’s career never quite worked out the way that he and many others had hoped, but he is now mentoring young athletes and continues to give back in the community.
