Running Back: CJ Spiller

CJ Spiller is the highest-rated running back to ever sign with Clemson football, but it should be pointed out that if 5-star RB Demarkcus Bowman (0.9926 rating) remains committed, he will actually hold that title in a few months.

Spiller came into the Clemson football program with a 0.9919 rating and immediately made an impact.

He was part of one of the most prolific rushing duos in Tiger history with James Davis and then took over as Clemson’s primary yard-gainer during the latter part of his career. Spiller chose to come back for his senior season and led the Tigers to an ACC Atlantic Division championship and absolutely put the offense on his back during that time period.

Spiller has gone down as one of the best players in the history of Clemson football and certainly will have a spot in the Ring of Honor in the near future.
