Quarterback: Trevor Lawrence

The highest-rated quarterback to ever sign with Clemson football is Trevor Lawrence. Lawrence, who was considered the nation’s No. 1 player, had an overall rating of 0.9999.

Lawrence battled back-and-forth with Justin Fields for the top spot in the class, but eventually won that battle.

Since enrolling, Lawrence won the starting job as a freshman and led the Tigers to a National Championship that included a perfect 15-0 season.

Trevor Lawrence is considered to be one of the favorites for the Heisman Trophy this coming season and he is certainly living up to his rating so far.
