One of the first groups of win totals to come out for the 2019 season had Clemson football at 11 wins, but that number has actually increased.

We got our first group of Vegas win totals back in May for the 2019 Clemson football season.

Several books had the Tigers at 11 wins, according to their totals, but that number apparently wasn’t quite high enough.

Fanduel released its win totals for the 2019 season and had Clemson football at 11.5 wins, the highest in the nation. That means for bettors to get money on the Tigers, they have to go undefeated in the regular season- if they take the over- and they only have to lose one game for bettors to get paid- if they take the under.

This likely will lead to more money coming in on the under, as all it takes in one slip-up, injury or fluke for a team to lose a single game. But, there’s also reason to believe that people will continue to take the ‘over’ with the Tigers, just because of the amount of talent that Clemson football possesses.

Behind the Tigers, Alabama and Georgia come in tied at No. 2 with a win total of 11, and Ohio State and Oklahoma sit at 10.5 apiece.

Michigan, Texas and Washington all have win totals of 9.5 while Florida, LSU, Oregon and Utah have win totals of 9.

Here’s a few interesting win totals of note: South Carolina (6), Syracuse (6.5), Boston College (6), Virginia (6.5), Georgia Tech (4) and Texas A&M (7.5).

It certainly would be tempting to take Syracuse over the 6.5 and Boston College over 6. I’d also tend to believe that Texas A&M goes over that 7.5 number. Interestingly enough, Virginia- who is the favorite to win the ACC Coastal- comes in at a win total of just 6.5.
