5. Jackson Carman

Jackson Carman is going to be the starting left tackle this season, replacing one of the most consistent Tigers in the history of the program in Mitch Hyatt.

Carman is a really talented offensive lineman with a bright future ahead.

He spent the majority of his freshman season working on controlling his weight and getting ready to play the tackle position.

There were thoughts that Carman would move inside to guard when he came in weight upwards of 350, but he is now down to the 320s and looking more like a tackle.
