Clemson Football: 5 redshirt freshmen who could make an impact in 2019

There are several talented Clemson football players that redshirted last season. Here are five redshirt freshmen that could make an impact.

The 2019 Clemson football team is a favorite to get back to the CFB Playoff.

The Tigers defeated the Alabama Crimson Tide 44-16 in the National Championship game to secure their second title in the past three seasons.

To get back, though, Clemson will need several players to step up as the Tigers look to replace guys like Christian Wilkins, Clelin Ferrell, Dexter Lawrence, Austin Bryant and Trayvon Mullen, to name a few.

Here are five redshirt freshmen that are candidates to make an impact during the 2019 Clemson football season.

To no one’s surprise, all five of our candidates come on the defensive side of the ball.
