Clemson Football: Top 5 Performers from the 2019 Spring Game
3. AJ Terrell
AJ Terrell was tasked with guarding Tee Higgins and Joseph Ngata for most of the afternoon.
Picking up with where he left off in the National Championship game, Terrell came away with an interception late in the scrimmage that basically sealed the deal for the Tigers.
He was good in coverage and, overall, I liked what I saw.
Terrell is going to be counted upon to guard opposing team’s best wide receiver in 2019. So, it is certainly a good thing to see him playing well against some of the top wide receivers in the country.
