6. How do the specialists perform?

BT Potter has had an inconsistent spring.

There have been days where he has been lights out. There have been others where he has missed moderate-range field goals.

That all comes with experience and confidence. On Saturday, the sophomore kicker is going to be challenged. Potter will be placed in situations where he will have to try and make a field goal with thousands of Clemson football fans watching. I’m interested to see how he performs.

In addition to Potter, I want to see how freshman Aidan Swanson matches up with veteran punter Will Spiers.

Dabo Swinney has said several times that Spiers has had a great spring camp, but we’ll get to see a little glimpse of the competition between him and Swanson on Saturday.
