Leaders are emerging

One of the biggest questions heading into spring practice was who would emerge as leaders. The Tigers lost a ton of leadership off of that 2018 National Championship team, including guys like Christian Wilkins, Kendall Joseph, Clelin Ferrell, Austin Bryant, Mitch Hyatt, Justin Falcinelli and Hunter Renfrow, to name a few.

So far, we’ve seen guys like Trevor Lawrence, Sean Pollard, Tavien Feaster and Gage Cervenka step up as leaders offensively.

We’ve seen guys like K’Von Wallace, Isaiah Simmons, Shaq Smith, Tanner Muse and even Nyles Pinckney and Jordan Williams- who are both injured- step up as leaders defensively.

It will be interesting to see who else emerges and who the coaching staff challenges down the stretch.
