Running Back
Clemson football will, most likely, take two running backs in the 2020 cycle. And there are plenty of options.
Here’s a look at a few of the targets for the Tigers at running back during 2020:
- Demarkcus Bowman, 5-star RB
- Jaylan Knighton, 4-star RB
- Kendall Milton, 5-star
- Zach Evans, 4-star
Clemson is typically late on identifying which running backs it is considering. Right now, I’d say that Bowman and Knighton are the Tigers’ top two choices. Bowman is a heavy Florida lean right now, but Knighton has said that Clemson is his favorite right now.
I could see the Tigers picking up a commitment from one of these four guys on the list and then finding another guy later in the process, as they did with Travis Etienne a couple of years ago.
