We’re just over two weeks away from the Cotton Bowl. Here are five Clemson football players that could have breakout performances in the CFB Playoff.

There is just a little more than two weeks before we see the Cotton Bowl play out in front of our eyes.

Clemson football will take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in a matchup that will determine a spot in the National Championship game.

Today, we’re going to take a five Clemson football players who are primed for breakout performances in the CFB Playoff.

To be a breakout player, though, you can’t have already had huge performances in past playoff. So, for instance, guys like Clelin Ferrell, Christian Wilkins, Hunter Renfrow and Austin Bryant- just to name a few- are out as selections.

Here’s a look at five guys that will perform at a high level and have a breakout-type of game here in the playoff.
