Here are our game-by-game predictions for Rivalry Weekend, one of the greatest weekends in all of College Football each year.
The 2018 College Football regular season is coming to a close.
While some of the smaller programs- and a few other teams who had games canceled by Hurricanes earlier – will play regular season games next week, this is the final week of the regular season for most Power-Five teams.
That means we see a bunch of rivalries taking place.
It’s time for those annual hate matchups to be renewed. Here are our predictions for some of the biggest rivalry games from around the nation, both Friday and Saturday.

Friday Slate:
- #14 Texas at Kansas, 12 p.m. (FS1)
- Arkansas at Missouri, 2 p.m. (CBS)
- Oregon at Oregon State, 4 p.m. (FS1)
- #6 Oklahoma at #13 West Virginia, 8 p.m. (ESPN)
- #16 Washington at #8 Washington State, 8 p.m. (FOX)
It’s easily the best Friday night of the year for College Football fans. There are some really good ones later in the night. I’ve got West Virginia upsetting Oklahoma at home and I’ve Washington State taking care of business and beating Washington in the Apple Cup.
Now let’s take a look at the Saturday slate of games.
Saturday Slate:
- #4 Michigan at #10 Ohio State, 12 p.m. (FOX)
- Georgia Tech at #5 Georgia, 12 p.m. (SEC Network)
- #11 Florida at Florida State, 12 p.m. (ABC)
- #20 Syracuse at Boston College, 12 p.m. (ESPN)
- Auburn at #1 Alabama, 3:30 p.m. (CBS)
- #24 Pittsburgh at Miami, 3:30 p.m. (ESPN)
- South Carolina at #2 Clemson, 7 p.m. (ESPN)
- #7 LSU at #22 Texas A&M, 7:30 p.m. (SEC Network)
- #3 Notre Dame at USC, 8 p.m. (ABC)
- #21 Utah State at #23 Boise State, 10:30 p.m. (ESPN)
It should be a fun weekend and I expect that we see an upset or two. I think USC finds a way to get the job done at home against Notre Dame. If that were to happen, we’ll see an open spot in the College Football Playoff field with just conference championship week remaining.
