3. What are your thoughts on the state of the Gamecock program here in year three of Will Muschamp?

Kyle: This question will have varying types of answers, depending on who you are talking to. Most people were expecting a break out year heading into this season. The beat down by Georgia really put everyone back in their place.

The Gamecocks are probably better than their 6-4 record would lead you to believe, but they easily could be 4-6. A lot of folks have a short memory and forget about the state of the program before Steve Spurrier, so naturally they compare the Muschamp era with Spurrier.

I tend to think that South Carolina is in a great spot currently and am very excited to see the future. Recruiting has drastically improved and I think before we can pass judgement on Muschamp, we need to see what he can do with players that he actually brought in.
