Here is our pick against the spread for Clemson football’s matchup against the Louisville Cardinals Saturday afternoon in Death Valley.

We’re just one day away from another Clemson football weekend.

It’s tough to believe that we only have three more regular season games following this one against the Louisville Cardinals.

Beginning at 12 p.m. in Death Valley, the Tigers will play what will be one of just three remaining home games.

Here is our pick against the spread for the matchup.

Clemson Football Spread Prediction:

Current Spread: Clemson -38.5

Spread Prediction:

Can you believe that the consensus among experts is that Clemson will beat the spread. A spread of 38.5 points, which has dropped from its original 39, is expected to be doable for the Tigers on Saturday.

And I agree.

When I look at this Louisville team, I just don’t see anything that makes me believe that they can stop Clemson or score against Clemson. When it’s that kind of game, you have to take the favorite to go over the number, especially the way that the Tigers have played as of late.

I really like what I’ve seen in the progression of the offense and the dominance of the defense in the month of October and I think that continues here in November.

It should be fun to watch and it’s my belief that the Tigers will cover the sizeable spread Saturday afternoon at home.

Current Over/Under: 61

Over/Under Prediction:

The consensus is that the game will go under the total of 61. That’s because most probably believe we’re going to see a 56-3 type game. In the end, though, I don’t see anything stopping the offense from scoring at least 59.

I mean, they did that last week to a Florida State team that has way more talent than Louisville.

So, if the Cardinals score any points, the number would go over. I’m taking the over and I think that’s the type of game that we’ll see Saturday.
