The Clemson football team is squarely in the mix for a spot in the playoff. Here are five areas the Tigers still need improvement in heading into November.

All Clemson football needs to do to make it back to its fourth-straight playoff is win out.

Standing in the Tigers’ way is this slate of games:

  • @ Boston College
  • vs. Duke
  • vs. South Carolina
  • an ACC Championship (assuming the team wins the division)

So, here are five areas that the Tigers must improve to win a National Championship.
