Best Offensive Freshman: Trevor Lawrence

I think you have to recognize the performances that both Justyn Ross and Lyn-J Dixon have had with Clemson to this point.

Both guys have been very good and have made impactful plays in their time.

But, the Offensive Freshman MVP Award has to go to Trevor Lawrence. Lawrence won the starting position at quarterback and has grown in being a leader.

He’s had a lot of things thrown at him and it’s certainly be tougher than what people on the outside know, but he has handled all of it with class and is doing a great job continuing to grow and progress as a quarterback and a leader.
