Offensive Line

Clemson’s offensive line is an enigma.

The group has looked good at times and has looked very bad at times. Looking at the group as a whole, though, I’ve seen improvement through the season.

Particularly, I saw this group get better in the second half of the Syracuse game when the Tigers committed to running the ball.

This group has been pretty good at opening holes in the running game, but pass protection has been suspect at times. They need to continue to improve and gain some continuity here in the second half of the season.

Overall, I’d say we’ve seen an average performance from the line.
