Clemson Football: 5 Bold Predictions for the month of October

5. The defense pitches a shutout in the month

The first bold prediction we have is that the defense will pitch a shutout in the month of October.

The Tigers take on Wake Forest, NC State and Florida State this month.

I don’t think Clemson will hold NC State scoreless, but I do think there’s a shot they could make a statement with the Wake Forest game or the Florida State game at the end of the month.

In my opinion, the most likely candidate for shutout would be the Seminoles, who have no offensive line talent and a ton of questions.
