Clemson Football: 5 Transfer Options for Kelly Bryant

5. Georgia Tech

Let’s start with the most unlikely of places for Kelly Bryant to land.

TaQuon Marshall is a senior and will be gone after this year for the Yellow Jackets. That leaves Tobias Oliver, a redshirt freshman, as the favorite to win the quarterback job next season.

Can you imagine Kelly Bryant running that option attack? He has a much better arm than any Tech quarterback and could step in and probably help lead the Yellow Jackets to a 9-3, 10-2 season with a chance at the Coastal Division Title.

This won’t happen, though. Even though it makes a lot of sense for what Kelly Bryant’s skillset is, this won’t help his draft stock. He clearly thinks he is good enough to be an NFL quarterback, so that means he wouldn’t want to spend his last season running the option, although I think he’d be fun to watch in that system.
