3. Trevion Thompson isn’t going anywhere

Clemson football co-offensive coordinator Jeff Scott said that Trevion Thompson had the best spring out of all the wide receivers.

Thompson is overshadowed by the illustrious Tee Higgins, but Scott said the race is “too close to call.”

Even if Thompson isn’t the starter, Tiger fans shouldn’t forget about him.

He’s going to see plenty of playing time this season and will be on the field a lot. I think this is the year that Thompson takes a step forward and really becomes an important part of that Clemson offense.
