4. Louisville Cardinals

When: Saturday, November 3rd

Game Designation: IPTAY Day

Lamar Jackson is gone.

In addition to Jackson moving on to the NFL, Louisville’s best defender- Jaire Alexander- is gone. The Cardinals, according to Vegas, are still expected to win seven games and I certainly think that’s in their wheelhouse.

Louisville’s new quarterback, Jawon Pass, is a very good player. He is explosive and very talented in both the passing game and the rushing game.

With him and the talent they have offensively, Louisville will still find a way to put up some points this upcoming season. Against Clemson, though, I don’t know that the young QB will be able to get the job done.

This should be a little closer than the first three games in our rankings, but the Tigers certainly should have a handle on it before it’s all said and done.
