1. Travis Etienne
The most explosive player on this team, at least at this point, is Travis Etienne.
Etienne, a true-sophomore, took over the starting position by himself at running back despite being listed behind Tavien Feaster and as a co-backup with Adam Choice heading into the spring.
Etienne needs to touch the ball 15-20 times a game.
When the ball is in his hands, good things just tend to happen. Etienne can break off a big run at any time and I really love his vision and ability to shift.
Etienne also has that elite “track speed” where if he gets into the open field, you’re just not going to catch him.
I think he’ll take great strides this upcoming season and really cement himself as one of the premiere running backs in the nation.
