Clemson Football: 5 Most Explosive Players on the 2018 Roster
5. Tavien Feaster
Tavien Feaster slowed down a step during his sophomore season. He admittedly played at a heavier weight than he was comfortable playing at.
It showed in his speed, you can definitely see it here in a play where Tee Higgins seemingly is jogging beside him as he sprints full on towards the end zone.
While Feaster may have taken a step back in 2017, I can’t help but think about the guy as a freshman and what he did in limited playing time. I think he takes a step forward this year. Feaster is a guy that, if he gets back to a comfortable weight, can take the ball to the house on any carry.
He won the South Carolina State Track Meet in High School. He completely outran guys as a freshman. Feaster needs to just get back to that or find a “happy medium” where he can play both strong and fast.
I think he finds that this season and becomes one of the most explosive players on the team for the Tigers.
