2016: Thrashing of South Carolina, 56-7

Now, the next game on this list, we have to skip a few years.

While for program-building sake, this game may not mean a whole lot, it certainly was a ton of fun to watch.

In the last ever game that we’d see Deshaun Watson, Artavis Scott, Wayne Gallman, Mike Williams, Jordan Leggett, Ben Boulware under the lights of Death Valley, the Tigers absolutely thrashed South Carolina.

The Gamecocks were talking trash before the game and that’s what made this win even more sweet. Clemson just kept scoring and scoring and scoring and scoring. Even the scout team scored a touchdown that night.

If the Tigers had wanted to, they could have laid 80 on the scoreboard. It was such a fun game to watch and became one of my personal favorites of the Dabo Swinney era.
