1.Trevor Lawrence

Who can forget the talented freshman quarterback when we begin to talk Heisman Contenders?

Trevor Lawrence won the hearts of hundreds of thousands of Tiger fans all over the nation. Lawrence makes difficult throws look easy. His talent is unquestionable and he almost looks as if he could come in right away and be one of the best in the country.

What would have to happen for Trevor Lawrence to become a Heisman contender? Well it’s very simple.

He needs to win the job and be himself.

If at any point in the season, Trevor Lawrence wins the starting position at quarterback and excels on the field, it won’t be long until people are talking about him as a Heisman contender. He will have the eyes of the nation on him immediately. If he succeeds, we could see the talented young freshman in New York very early on in his career.

I know it’s too much to speculate this early into the season, but it certainly is fun to think about as we count down the days to kickoff for Clemson football.
