3. Tee Higgins

Speaking of another explosive true-sophomore ready to take flight: There’s Tee Higgins.

When I watched Tee Higgins in the spring game, I was just blown away by how much better he was than any other defensive back on the field. He won’t be facing many DBs this season that can really keep up with him.

That really puts Higgins in a situation where he could have some really solid numbers.

I think there’s a great chance that he leads the team in receiving yards and touchdowns in 2018. If he could take those numbers and compete with the top receivers in the country, I think he’s got a chance to start being mentioned in the Heisman race.

Just like the defense, we never see a wide receiver win it that often, but Higgins certainly could compete and, through his dominant efforts, find himself in  New York for the ceremony.
