Clemson Football: More Exposure to come to Tiger Brand

The Clemson football brand will receive even more exposure this spring when ESPN televises the Tigers’ spring game live on Saturday, April 14.

The Clemson football brand will continue to receive more exposure this spring when ESPN televises the Tigers’ spring game live.

Clemson is set to host its spring game at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14th and the four-letter network announced that it would be televising the Tigers’ game, in addition to Alabama and Georgia the following week.

Not only will ESPN televise Clemson football’s spring game, they will send some of their top on-air talents out to Tiger Town, as well.

Chris Fowler, who called Clemson’s national championship win against Alabama in 2016, will hold the play-by-play duties. He will be joined by Brock Huard and Tom Luginbill.

That Clemson brand is as strong as it has ever been.

Dabo Swinney and Co. have built this program the right way from the ground up. Whoever thought we’d see the day when ESPN would send a full crew with a play-by-play announcer, color analyst, and sideline reporter to a Clemson football spring game?

Clemson’s brand is just as strong as any other College Football team in America right now. People from around the nation recognize that paw. They know what the orange & purple stands for and that’s a testament to what Dabo Swinney has done.

In 2018, the Tigers will have a chance to compete for another College Football Playoff berth and a national championship. It will be interesting to see how this team performs and if they answer some of our questions as we close out the spring in a little over a month from now.
